On May 11, 3 Boeing Dreamlifters aircraft carried visors and goggles to South Carolina. The mission was conducted in partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and consisted of transporting 150 visors and goggles to medical staff.

The delivery puts essential personal protective equipment in the hands of front-line health professionals - South Carolina and helps MUSC continue to support the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

3 Boeing Dreamlifter aircraft

Boeing continues to support local communities and health professionals working on the front lines to stop the spread of COVID-19. Boeing is closely coordinating with US government officials on how best to assist areas of greatest need. In the near future, another 400 pieces of protective equipment for health professionals will be transported. All transportation is borne by Boeing.

As of March 2020, Boeing has launched Dreamlifter aircraft in the fight against the new coronavirus.
