The cultural world seems to have adapted to the prospect of a new pandemic wave, so Israeli festival organizers take advantage of the generous nature of the Holy Land and organize spectacular events right in the heart of the Negev desert.

From the Midburn Festival, considered to be the counterpart of Burning Man in Israel, to the Arava Yoga, the largest gathering of yoga enthusiasts in the Middle East, this fall will be an intense one, with a lot of fun and adventure in the heart of the desert.

Midburn Festival, a different kind of Burning Man

From teenagers to families with children, this year it is estimated that the festival will gather several thousand participants.

For this event, a temporary city will be created in the Negev desert, a space of art and freedom, so that festival-goers will be able to explore closely the areas dedicated to various artistic events, but also the places that will host parties that will last until dawn. .

Founded in 2014, the event attracted a growing family, with a record 8.000 people in 2016. This is not a music festival - there are no official stages - it is rather a festival of art, self-expression and community in which the camps host parties - and in the center of the beach are incredible art exhibits and a huge temple that is burned to death last night.

The line-up of this year's edition includes Mercedes Band, Jasmine Mualem, Assaf Amdursky, Lola Marsh, Red Axes, TATRAN, Crotches, among others, a selection of the best local bands in Israel.

Yoga Arava, in sync with the free spirit
