3 million bookings a week for RYANAIR
The debut of 2018 comes with good news for RYANAIR. The Irish low-cost carrier reports 3 million bookings registered in a week.
Do you realize how well RYANAIR has performed? It announced 3 million bookings registered in a week. 3 million reservations means 5 reservations per second. To give you an idea, 3 millions can mean the population of Lithuania or the population of Madrid. There are airlines that do not carry as many passengers in one day.
3 million bookings
Ryanair announced today, January 15, that it has reached a new record of weekly bookings, recording over 3 million bookings in a single week (for a subsequent period of 20 weeks) for the first time in history.
This new weekly record of 3 million bookings is the direct result of low Ryanair rates and the continued success of the "Always Getting Better" (AGB) customer experience enhancement program.
Wednesday, 10 January, was the busiest booking day of the week, and the most popular destinations for guests included winter holidays to Lanzarote and Tenerife, but also city breaks to Porto, Milan and Naples.
