At present, the Air Canada Rouge fleet has reached 50 by aircraft, and the operational network has been expanded to 70 from destinations on the 5 continents. Operates flights on 100 routes, initially starting with 14 routes. In the 5 years of flights, Air Canada Rouge carried over 25 millions of passengers.

For the summer of 2018, Air Canada Rouge has launched new routes including Toronto - Bucharest, Montreal - Bucharest, Toronto - Porto, Toronto - Zagreb and Montreal - Lisbon.
Air Canada Rouge has always improved its services on board aircraft. It has upgraded the entertainment system, improved the catering and introduced new dining options at Premium Rouge. Air Canada Rouge has begun offering high-speed satellite internet on board its aircraft, giving customers access to the fastest Internet service provided by a Canadian airline.
