Austrian Airlines has set its summer operational schedule for 2022. It will fly to 110 destinations, offering 1300 weekly flights at the peak of the summer season. In addition to new European destinations, such as the Spanish and Greek port cities of Valencia and Kavala, another long-distance destination will be added to the program.
From May 20, Austrian Airlines will fly five times a week to Los Angeles, on the West Coast of the USA. The flight time from Vienna to Los Angeles, approximately 9.900 kilometers away, is 12 hours and 30 minutes.
"We are constantly expanding our offer with new long-distance destinations. This corresponds to the request of our passengers who already showed last summer that they want to travel. Our new winter destination, Cancun, has confirmed this desire to travel"Says the head of Austrian Airlines.

In the summer season 2022, Austrian Airlines will operate 33 weekly flights from Vienna to four destinations in the United States: Chicago, Washington, New York and Los Angeles.
