Boeing 787-8 British Airways in Otopeni (photo)
In the morning of this day, 2 March 2015, an aircraft Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner British Airways landed in Bucharest. It was a first for Henri Coanda International Airport, Otopeni - Bucharest.

The aircraft EVERYTHING Dreamliner (G-ZBJG) is 0.7 years old. He joined the fleet British Airways on 7 July 2014. It is powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines. It is configured in 3 classes and has a capacity of 214 seats. The BA fleet currently has 8 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft.
Unfortunately, Boeing 787-8 British Airways did not land in a festive and official setting. The plane was brought ashore by a medical emergency on board while operating the Chennai, India - London route. One of the passengers (a woman) suffered a stroke. B787 BA landed at 9:47 a.m., and the woman was rushed to the hospital.
