British Airways intends to resume flights on the route London Heathrow - Bucharest, from July 17, 2020

British Airways has updated its operational schedule for European operations planned starting June 2020. From London Heathrow, British Airways intends to resume flights to several European destinations, including the London Heathrow - Bucharest route.

Thus, from 1 June, British Airways would operate 316 weekly flights to Europe. The percentage is small compared to the pre-crisis period generated by COVID-19, when it operated 1750 weekly flights.

From July 17, the flights on the London Heathrow - Bucharest route would resume. For starters, 3 weekly flights will be operated, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

According British Airways reservation system, rates start from 34 euro / segment. The price of the plane ticket includes 2 hand luggage (one of standard size and a small one to put under the front seat) and the allocated place. If you want hold baggage and a preferential seat, pay extra.

Before you buy your plane tickets, document yourself very well about the measures imposed by the authorities in the destination country. After May 15, there will definitely be new travel rules and restrictions.
