British Airways has resumed flights to Sydney via Singapore. Two years after the suspension of the Kangaroo route, the first flight landed in Sydney on March 29, at 06:20. Flights from London to Singapore to Sydney are honored by smaller Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, which are smaller than the more comfortable Boeing 777 aircraft.

Take-off of BA15 flight from London Heathrow Airport is scheduled for 21:25 p.m., and the landing in Sydney is scheduled for the next day at 06:10 p.m. Return flight BA16 leaves Sydney at 15:50 and arrives at London Heathrow at 05:10 the next day.

Qantas, meanwhile, resumed international services in November 2021 and was scheduled to resume nonstop flights between Perth and London on March 27. However, it had to postpone flights due to the delay imposed by Western Australia in reopening its borders.
