Emirates is partnering with FlySafair to strengthen South Africa's travel options

Emirates and Flysafair announced an interline agreement, opening new connections and opportunities for customers who want to fly to different destinations in South Africa.

By agreement, Emirates and FlySafair intend to offer single-ticket joint flights and by tagging luggage for flights flying with Emirates to Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, and from these hubs to South FlySafair's domestic points, such as be Port Elizabeth, East London and George.

Emirates has resumed operations in Johannesburg and Cape Town (since 1 October) and Durban (since 8 October) and currently operates 17 flights a week to South Africa.

Emirates continues to boost passenger demand by connecting them through Dubai to nearly 100 destinations, as well as building more connection opportunities in South Africa through partnerships such as FlySafair, which offers customers more convenience and flexibility.
