IMG Media has reached an agreement with UEFA and bought the broadcast rights of the 51 of EURO 2016 matches. Starting with tonight's game, France - Romania, all will be broadcast live via the TV stations Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, both owned by IMG, exclusively inflight.
Sport 24 is a service available 24 / 7 and transmitted to the aircraft of 11 airlines and 6 cruise lines. These include: Lufthansa, Alitalia, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, AeroMéxico etc.
IMG is the largest provider of sports content for airlines, offering over 600 hours per year to over 50 international airlines. The company launched the second channel, Sport 24 Extra, on 1 June 2016. It is available on Emirates and Turkish Airlines aircraft, and other airlines will take over.
