Update 8 March 2020: Also since March 2, Morocco has suspended flights to Australia, Brazil, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The measure also prohibits passengers from entering those countries, even if they are traveling through other countries.

Initial news - March 2, 2020: The Moroccan Ministry of Health has decided to suspend all passenger flights between Morocco and Belgium and Italy from today, from midnight (from 00:01 UTC +1), until a new notification.

As of March 20, 2020, Morocco is in a state of emergency, at least until March 16, 2021. The population is required to limit their travel and comply with safety measures (wearing a mask, respecting social distance, etc.).

About 50 flights between the three countries will be affected, the Belgian airline TUI fly Belgium has already decided to suspend all flights for three weeks, until March 21.

Along with TUI and Royal Air Maroc and Air Arabia operate flights between Morocco, Belgium and Italy and will be affected by this situation.
