Poland has banned flights with 34 states and regions

As of October 24, 2020, the entire territory of Poland has been included in the "red zone".

As of October 28, 2020, a new regulation banning flights to Poland has entered into force. The list of countries from which flights to Poland have been suspended can be found at here, this being updated periodically. The new list is valid until November 10.

Among the states with suspended flights to / from Poland we find: Bosnia and Herzegovina; Montenegro; Georgia; Albania; Armenia; Moldova; Tunisia; Oman, United Arab Emirates; qatar and more. There are no prohibitions on air passenger traffic with Romania.

The list does not include EU Member States, and the flight ban does not apply to states that have notified Poland that they have introduced solutions to ensure that only passengers with a negative COVID-19 test result will be accepted on board the aircraft.

Rail passenger traffic takes place under normal conditions at the borders with EU Member States. Restrictions apply to travel by international train to / from destinations outside the EU's external borders.
