where does it say it is valid from November 21?

    1. Sorin Rusi says

It shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication. It was voted and published on November 20, in force since November 21.

where is this mentioned? in what law? You checked in the official monitor today and saw that it was published. Art. 3 of this decision mentions “Art.3 - This decision is communicated to all components of the National System
of Emergency Situations Management, for implementation by orders and acts
administrative provisions of their leaders. " The other previous decisions, yes, specified from which moment it enters into force! It only mentions Article 3. If you document the law that maintains what you answered, it would help me! Otherwise it is just your assumption. As long as it does not mention the date of entry into force then the date is the day on which the decision was given, ie November 20.

    1. Sorin Rusi says

Yes, it is written in the framework law of the alert state. Look for it and you will find it. Moreover, the H55 was adopted around 20:00 and published on the official website somewhere close to midnight. I doubt it will be valid on November 20 :)).

good evening. I read, it is not mentioned. I read the whole law. if you find yourself writing, please reply to this message. AND I know the legislative framework. A decision does not apply by the time but by the day it is published.
the entry into force of the decision is not mentioned! In Romania, everything is applied by ear. And the DSP was not aware of this decision this morning either. Not even the Border Police! Maybe this will wake us up and make things work well and responsibly, not by ear!

    1. Sorin Rusi says

It's up to the DSP to do its job, not ours. We do our job. Look, CNSCBT mentions that the measures come into force on November 21, at 21:00, 24 hours after approval.

If I live in Sweden, and the airport in Denmark, Copenhagen is within my reach, and I want to come to Romania, I will be put in isolation even if I mention that the country I come from is Sweden and I show the train ticket that left me directly in airport? I can't find the information 🙂

    1. Sorin Rusi says

It is calculated according to the departure airport.

  5. Dumi says

If I come from England to Romania will I be quarantined?

    1. Sorin Rusi says

As long as the United Kingdom is no longer on the yellow list, quarantine is no longer required for those traveling to Romania.

  6. StefanL says

    Good evening.
If I come to Romania leaving Lithuania do I have to be quarantined for 14 days ?? I mention that the flight is with a stopover in the Netherlands.

    1. Sorin Rusi says

Yes, if he is in isolation. Take the departure airport as a landmark.

Quarantine / isolation only for the person who comes from those countries or the whole family he / she lives with?
I plan to go to France at the end of December and return in January

    Thank you

    1. Sorin Rusi says

The whole family if you can't isolate / quarantine yourself.

On 16.12.2020 I want to go to Holland by personal car. I need some more statements or documents for customs.
Do you know if there are any restrictions through the countries you pass through (Hungary, Austria, Germany).
    Thank you very much.

    1. Sorin Rusi says

Obvious! You must follow the requirements for each country you pass through and respect the transit conditions. Some will ask for your accommodation address, others may ask for proof that you will be staying at a hotel ceva. There are countries that will ask you for the purpose and proof of travel

I come from Denmark, will I be in quarantine? Or it was removed from the list.

  11. Mihai Rusu says

Does the list not update weekly?

    1. Sorin Rusi says

The list is updated when they have the mood and time. In the last 3 months, the deadline or the update day was not respected. We are still waiting for the new list

  12. Marcel says

Hi, I would like to know if I live in Germany and the nearest airport with a direct flight to Cluj is in Switzerland, in Bâle I am in isolation? Even if Germany is not on the list of yellow zone countries. Thank you !

    1. Sorin Rusi says

If you left an airport in Germany and made a stopover in Switzerland, do not go into isolation. But in your case, having departure from an airport in Switzerland, yes the isolation will be taken into account.

  13. Suzana Reves says

Hi! With a negative test I want to go to Romania, I will stay only 72 hours, so theoretically I do not quarantine. The question is: where does the 72-hour term begin? From the exact time I entered the country? Or does that day only matter?

    Thanks,
    Suzana

    1. Sorin Rusi says

For details on the 72 hours, contact DSP. Normally, it should be taken into account when entering the country.

  14. Adrian says

What is the deadline for updating the list?

    1. Sorin Rusi says

In theory every week. But this is not the first time the authorities have failed to update the yellow list

  15. Marcel says

    Hello,
I would like to know if there is an update of the list of countries in the yellow zone, tomorrow would be the 14th day and in principle I would like to know if France could be removed from the list, given the decrease in the number of infections. Thank you !

    1. Sorin Rusi says

We hope to update. It's already been 2 weeks since the last update

  16. George says

    - if you come from Denmark with a negative test done in the last 72 hours, is it possible to avoid the quarantine period?

    1. Sorin Rusi says

The COVID test is valid only for a stay shorter than 72 hours in Romania, if you come from a country in the yellow zone.

If a longer stay is desired, the test is not relevant upon entering Romania. If you go into isolation!

  17. Alexandra says

If Germany goes into lockdown tomorrow and a person leaves for Romania at night, the list is not currently updated, does it have to be quarantined?
    Thank you

    1. Sorin Rusi says

Well, why should we update the list if Germany's lockdown does not impose travel restrictions other than the existing ones? Germany's lockdown refers to internal restrictions. The same in the Netherlands, Spain, Italy.
