Russia has resumed rail connections with Belarus. Passengers present the COVID-19 test.

Starting with February 8, 2021, the railway transport of passengers with Belarus resumed. Trains run on the route Minsk - Moscow - Minsk, as well as on the routes Moscow - Kaliningrad and Kaliningrad - St. Petersburg, with stop at Minsk

The courses are aimed at citizens of the Eurasian Union. Passengers are required to submit a PCR-type molecular test with a negative result for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, performed no more than 72 hours before the trip.

Upon arrival at the destination, the body temperature is checked, and if it is high, the person is placed in self-isolation, regardless of the test result.

Restrictions on entry into Russian territory: access to foreign nationals is temporarily prohibited with the related exceptions
