The Netherlands has included Romania on the list of yellow countries: the PCR / antigen test is no longer required on boarding and there is no longer quarantine in the Netherlands

Starting with May 28, 2021, Romania was placed by the Dutch authorities on the list of "yellow" countries. Thus, those traveling from Romania to the Netherlands no longer have to present a PCR / antigen molecular test before boarding and will not be quarantined.

Air passengers over the age of 13 must complete a mandatory health declaration, regardless of the state they choose to travel from. 

About travel from the Netherlands to Romania, unvaccinated passengers will be required to isolate for 14 days. The Netherlands is on Romania's red list. Currently, the incidence rate is 3.6 and, according to recent figures, the rate is declining. We hope that from June, the Netherlands will enter Romania's yellow list and then it will be possible to avoid isolation by simply presenting a negative PCR test.
