After the first Boeing 787 Qatar it was delivered, the first aircraft was delivered yesterday Boeing 787 Dreamliner LOT Polish Airlines. LOT is the first airline operator in Europe to enjoy the services of the 787 Dreamliner.
Marcin Pirog, chief executive for LOT, said it was a historic moment for the company. At the beginning, short flights will be operated to destinations in Europe. From January 2013, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner LOT Polish Airlines will fly to Chicago and then to New York, Toronto and Beijing.
This delivery is the first of eight 787 Dreamliner ordered. The cabin is configured with 18 Business Class seats, 21 seats at Economy Premium and 213 seats at Economy Class. Passengers will be able to enjoy increased comfort on board the 787 aircraft.
