On October 11, a Boeing 747-4H6(LCF) Dreamlifter (registered N718BA and operated by Atlas Air) departed Taranto-Grottaglie Airport, Italy, carrying Dreamliner components to Charleston Airport, United States.

During takeoff, however, the aircraft lost a main landing gear wheel. Despite what happened, the aircraft continued to fly to its final destination where it landed safely.

As can be seen, this type of plane is cargo and flies without passengers. On board are the pilots and a limited number of people who are part of the auxiliary transport team.
