A new Embraer E-190 and a new livery for KLM Cityhopper

Today, 30 April 2014, KLM (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines) entered into possession of a new aircraft Embraer E-190 for the branch Cityhopper, this being painted in the new livery. On 24 July 2013, KLM Cityhopper signs operational lease agreement with BOC Aviation for six new Embraer 190 aircraft.

As you can see, the white-blue transition is curved in the front of the plane, similar to a "wave". It is a fresh, modern and balanced livery.

The new color scheme will be adopted on the new Embraer aircraft, 19 Fokker 70 units and Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, which will join the 2015 fleet. With 28 of Embraer aircraft, KLM Cityhopper has the largest E-190 fleet in Europe.

The first E-190 entered the fleet KLM Cityhopper at the beginning of 2008. All Embraer E-190 KLM Cityhopper aircraft have 100 seating capacity and are extremely fuel efficient. The seats have leather upholstery, being comfortable. The E-190 aircraft are used on the 35 of the 53 of European KLM Cityhopper routes (including to Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse), and the Fokker 70 aircraft fly to 18 European destinations.
