Aegean Airlines will link Athens to Budapest
After Malev stopped working, the battles for vacancy at the Budapest airport began. Wizz Air, Ryanair, EasyJet, Tarom, Air Berlin and Lufthansa have announced their flights or increased their flight frequencies to the Hungarian capital.
Neither did the Greeks Aegean Airlines I'm not on the sidelines. Despite the difficult economic environment in Greece, the airline announced the introduction of the Athens (ATH) - Budapest (BUD) flight on March 9th.
Flights to Budapest will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft, with a capacity of 168 seats and configured in 2 classes. A full meal and entertainment with six music channels will be served on board, at no additional charge. Business class passengers will enjoy the comfort of the new seats, but also a varied menu of Greek food and wine. The flight schedule is designed to provide connections with the rest of Greece.
