Aeroexpress Regional started operating flights from Budapest and Debrecen to Cluj

International Airport Avram Iancu Cluj announces the start of operations of a new regional airline, which will operate flights to Budapest and Debrecen. 

 Starting today, September 5, the Aeroexpress Regional airline will connect the city of Cluj-Napoca with the cities of Budapest and Debrecen in Hungary. The flights will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on the route Budapest - Cluj-Napoca - Debrecen - Cluj-Napoca - Budapest, thus simultaneously serving passenger traffic for the 3 cities. 

The timetable published by the Aeroexpress Regional airline is as follows:

Flights to the two Hungarian cities will serve the entire region, and the flight to Budapest is of particular interest, given that it re-establishes a historic and traditional air link today. 

Mr. Viorel Federiga, President of the Board of Directors of Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport and Mr. David Ciceo, General Director of Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport they sent the following: "The establishment of air connections between Cluj International Airport and Hungary is a moment awaited by many passengers and we are delighted that Cluj International Airport will meet the connectivity needs between the two regions, whether it is business or leisure traffic. The decision of a new airline to serve the route to Budapest will, on the other hand, ensure diversity in the travel options of passengers from all over Transylvania."
