Air France the positioning project in the upper market segment continues with the launch of the new cab La Prémiere, the most exclusive travel class of the company. The concept of the new La Prémiere class is that of a mini-apartment, being described by luxury, space and comfort. 19 Boeing 777-300 aircraft will be equipped with 76 mini-apartments at Prémiere starting September this year. The total investment in these new cabins is 50 million.

More comfort and privacy
The apartments in the La Prémiere cabins are characterized by completely folding chairs, which turn into beds with a length of over 2 meters, and the armrests are retractable, offering a space of 77 cm wide. Also, each passenger has an 61-centimeter HD touch-screen, one of the largest such screens available on commercial aircraft.

The cabin space is easily adjustable, it can be used as a bedroom but also as a mini-lounge, restaurant or work area. Passengers can choose between the maximum intimacy of a 3mp space, by pulling the curtains with which the apartments are equipped or they can invite another passenger to the ottoman sitting in front of the seat.
