Starting with 28 October 2018, Air Italy 5 will operate weekly flights between its Milan Malpensa base and Delhi-Indira Gandhi airport. The flights will be operated with Airbus A330-200 aircraft from its Qatar Airways shareholder fleet and configured to receive 24 passengers in Business Class and 228 in Economy.

Departures are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 16: 00, due to land in Delhi the following day at 04: 00. Return flights will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, take-off scheduled at 06: 00 and landing at 10: 30. Air Italy will compete with Air India on this route.

Air Italy will inaugurate the Milan - Mumbai direct line on October 30, after launching direct flights to New York-JFK and Miami. And at the beginning of September, a new route to Bangkok will be inaugurated.

From Milan, Air Italy flies to Africa, to Accra (Ghana), Dakar (Senegal), Lagos (Nigeria), Mombasa (Kenya), Zanzibar (Tanzania), Cairo and Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt), but also to other destinations. , such as Havana (Cuba) and Moscow (Russia). In Italy, Air Italy flies from Milan to Rome, Catania, Lamezia-Terme, Olbia and Palermo.
