"AirBaltic is working hard to help all passengers affected by this decision. It is a considerable volume of reservations and that is why we require the patience and understanding of the passengers to deal with this extraordinary situation ”, stated Martin Gauss.

All affected passengers will be contacted via email. AirBaltic customer service is full of calls and messages, so we recommend that you contact airBaltic only if your flight was initially scheduled for the following days.
