On 27 July 2019, an Airbus A220-300 aircraft took off for a demonstration tour through Asia. This is a factory aircraft from the Airbus test fleet. The tournament will run between July 29 and August 6 2019.
The first stop in Asia was at the Incheon International Airport in Seoul. And on 29 July, the plane officially started the tour in Yangon (Myanmar). The aircraft will then visit Hanoi (Vietnam) (1 August), Bangkok (Thailand) (2 August), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) (3 August) and Nagoya (Japan) (6 August).
The Airbus A220-300 aircraft, indicative of C-FFDO, is equipped with a classic cabin in a single class. During the tour, local officials, representatives of airlines in the region and media representatives will be able to admire the plane in the smallest detail.
