Airbus A330-200 Air Serbia prepared for commercial flights

The first Airbus A330-200 (YU-ARA) Air Serbia plane has arrived in Belgrade and is ready for flight. After official reception from May 2016, the aircraft flew to Abu Dhabi to receive the interior. On the evening of June 7, the Airbus A330-200 Air Serbia landed at Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport.

Until the inaugural flight to New York, which is scheduled on 23 June, the plane will operate regional flights to familiarize the crew. 28 pilots and 90 cabin crew members will fly to Podgorica, Banja Luka, Zagreb and Sarajevo, starting with 10 June 2016.

On June 10, A330-200 Air Serbia will operate flights JU170 / JU171 Belgrade - Podcorica. On June 11, Airbus A330 Air Serbia will operate flights JU100 / JU101 Belgrade - Banja Luka. And between June 12-21, the aircraft will fly on the route Belgrade - Zagreb.

In order to facilitate the experimentation of the Airbus A330-200 aircraft, Air Serbia has also prepared an offer: from 69 euros for round trip tickets and 39 EUR for one-way tickets.

About the aircraft A330-200 Air Serbia I've told you before. It is registered YU-ARA and named "Nikola Tesla". It is 8.6 years old, the first flight on November 16, 2007. It is configured in 2 classes: 18 seats in Business Class and 236 seats in Economy Class. Propulsion is provided by 2 General Electric CF6-80E1A4 engines.
