ANA (All Nippon Airways) is one of the operators enjoying the services of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Ordered 55 units, but 36 will be from 787-8 and 19 from 787-9. 8 787-8 aircraft have already been delivered and are operational.

The 4 Boeing 787-8 aircraft, which were to be delivered in the 2013 fiscal year, were replaced by the 4 Boeing 787-9 aircraft. Thus, the airline can prepare new international routes more flexibly. The 787-9 offers more seats in 2 and 3 class configurations.

ANA plans to launch new routes, which it will operate with Boeing 787, from Tokyo to Seattle / Tacoma and San Jose, California, this fiscal year.
