Austrian Airlines increases the number of long-haul flights in the summer program. From May, Austria's national carrier will once again fly JFK three times a week to Montreal and New York.

As the flight to Newark is already scheduled, the total number of flights to New York will reach eight per week, starting in May.

Other destinations will be resumed from the end of March.

Austrian Airlines announced last week an increase in the number of destinations that will be served in the summer program. From the end of March, flights to Barcelona, ​​Dubrovnik and Florence will resume.

Hannover will be served again by Austrian Airlines for the first time since 2009. In addition, many holiday destinations will be offered again in Greece, Italy and Spain. In the network of intercontinental routes, Amman, Bangkok, Chicago and Tokyo are again in the flight schedule.

On the Austrian Airlines website, passengers find information about pandemic travel, but also about mandatory measures to be observed: mandatory wearing of masks, country-specific travel regulations or the possibility of flexible bookings.
