SC Aerostar SA inaugurated the maintenance center for civil aircraft, the first aircraft, already entering the hangar. In 2017, SC Aerostar SA leased from the Iași County Council, the surface of 16 sq m, for a period of 000 years, in order to build the center.

The hangar has an area of ​​over 8300 square meters, being a construction on a metal structure with the largest opening (30 m) built so far in our country.
