10kg hand luggage, free on RYANAIR flights
All these 2 million customers without priority were informed today, by email, that a free checked baggage of 10 kg has been added to their reservation. Moreover, there are approximately 50 000 passengers who booked on / after 31 August, but purchased the "Priority Boarding" service (as a separate service) for journeys after 1 November. All of these passengers received a refund of € 8, the cost of "priority boarding", but Ryanair will still allow them to travel with priority for free.
