Belgrade - New York with Air Serbia, from June 23, 2016

It's official! On 23 June 2016, Air Serbia route opens Belgrade - New York. The announcement was made by Aleksandar Vučić, Serbia's prime minister, at the opening of the Belgrade tourism fair. The prime minister was accompanied by Siniša Mali, president of Air Serbia and mayor of Belgrade, and Dane Kondić, CEO of Air Serbia.

The tickets have already been put on sale, and the promotional rates are starting from the 399 EURO to Economy and from 2499 EURO to Business (round trip with all taxes). The offer is valid during the period 18-24 February 2016.

The 5 weekly flights between Nikola Tesla Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport will be operated by aircraft. Airbus A330-200 (Airbus A330-200 will arrive in May from Jet Airways) after the following schedule:

ONLINE Belgrade (BEG) 500: 07 - 30: 12 New York (JFK) 00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
ONLINE Belgrade (BEG) 500: 12 - 55: 17 New York (JFK) 25 Friday, Saturday

ONLINE New York (JFK) 501: 14 - 40: 05 + 30 Belgrade (BEG) 1 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
ONLINE New York (JFK) 501: 19 - 30: 10 + 20 Belgrade (BEG) 1 Friday, Saturday

Air Serbia retained the number of transatlantic flight from 1992, the year of the last flight between Serbia and the United States. The aircraft will be configured in 2 classes: 18 seats in Business Class and 238 seats in Economy Class. The flight schedule has been carefully designed to provide passengers with convenient connections to New York from across the Balkans.
