Belle Air, a low-cost company from Tirana (Albania), has ceased activity on 25 November 2013. The Albanian private line started operations on 1 in March 2006 and operated flights to seven airports in Italy. In 2013, the Belle Air fleet counted 7 aircraft (3 x Airbus A319-132, 2 x Airbus A320-233, 2 x ATR 72-500), and the operational network consisted of 24 of destinations.

The company's failure was motivated by the general state of the economy, the decline in purchasing power, the recession of the markets it operated, but also the fact that for over 18 days the bank accounts were frozen.
