Berlin-Chicago with airberlin from 23 March 2013
airberlin, Germany's second-largest airline and a young member of the Oneworld alliance, continues to expand in the United States. From 23 March to 2013, airberlin launches route Berlin-Chicago, being the first airline to link the capital of Germany to the metropolis of the state of Ilinois.
After launching the route Berlin-Los Angeles, in May 2012, Chicago is the second US destination that the German operator will launch in such a short time.
Initially, the Berlin-Chicago route will be operated 3 times a week, and from 1 the frequency will increase to 5 weekly flights. The race will be launched in time for the Easter holidays.
Flights will be operated from the new Berlin airport - Berlin Brandenburg International. An Airbus A330-200 aircraft will be used after the following program:

Ticket prices will start from 668 euros for Economy Class and 2,498 euros for Business Class. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
