Blue Air has introduced the OPEN BOOKING interface online and new ways to pay for air tickets

Blue Air meets the needs of passengers and introduces two new payment methods for air tickets: bank transfer and payment through ZebraPay terminals. It was also activated in the search engine, the OPEN BOOKING interface. Thus, Blue Air is the first airline company in Romania that offers its customers, online, the opportunity to find within the range of 30 / 31 days the best fares for air tickets.

In order to provide its customers with efficient and quality services, for the first time in Romania, Blue Air has implemented a new search engine that allows the passenger to view, directly, the fares for one month days. Mirela Tudorache-Secan, Blue Air Marketing Director, announced that a new website interface, much more optimized for online activities, is being prepared.

The reservation procedure was also simplified by compressing the information required by the client and reducing the number of steps to complete a reservation. With the implementation of OPEN BOOKING, which is a much more user-friendly and ergonomic interface, both functionally and visually, the online check-in service has been improved. The OPEN BOOKING interface has been implemented and tested on the Blue Air website since September 2011, but so far it has run in parallel with the old search engine.

Regarding the new ways to pay for air tickets, here are some useful information:

Bank transfer
When entering the Blue Air website, passengers reserve their tickets in lei or euros and have a working day to pay for this reservation in the Blue Air accounts opened at Bancpost (in lei or euros).

Passengers can pay at any Bancpost counter in Romania or make a bank transfer to one of the Blue Air Transport Air accounts. After the payment confirmation, the passengers will receive the tickets, in the maximum 48 hours, on the email address communicated in the reservation.

Blue Air tickets can also be paid at ZebraPay terminals (Zebrapay terminal locations). By the ZebraPay payment method, the air tickets will be booked 24 hours, during which time passengers can make the payment, in lei, at the nearest ZebraPay terminal. These payment terminals can be found only in Romania.
