Blue Air: Bucharest base - new routes operated in the summer schedule 2016

During this day, Blue Air, the first smart flying company in Romania, introduced the 2016 Summer Schedule for sale. It comes with 23 of new routes (DIRECT flights), as well as frequency increases on existing routes.

For the first time in the history of Blue Air, 23 new routes were announced at the same time: 6 new destinations from Bucharest, Constanţa and Sibiu a new route, from Iaşi other 3 new routes besides those already announced, from Bacău there will be 2 new routes and 8 new routes will be operated from the base in Turin.

Blue Air It consolidates its base in Bucharest, the most important of the low-cost airline operators, through new routes and frequency increases on several destinations already operational. As announced today, Blue Air will open new routes to: Birmingham (29 March 2016), Castellon (1 June 2016), Hamburg (29 March 2016), Lyon (4 June 2016), Stockholm (4 June 2016) and Glasgow (from 17 December to 2015). We remind you that Blue Air has announced a free airport check-in and offers free hot food on flights to Barcelona and Madrid.

Currently, the Blue Air fleet consists of 15 modern Boeing 737 aircraft: the 737-300, 737-400, 737-500, 737-700 and 737-800 series, with capacities between 126 and 189. By the end of March 2016, Blue Air will again receive 5 Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft (-700 and -800).
