A Boeing 777-300ER Air china landed in Siberia as a matter of urgency
The Boeing 777-300ER (B-2040), which operates the Air China CA983 flight, was forced to land in Siberia as a matter of urgency.
The plane was flying on the Beijing-Los Angeles route, and over the Siberian fire alert was triggered. The pilots made the quick decision to land at Anadyr Airport, Eastern Siberia, Russia.
