Boeing 787-9 Aeromexico in Quetzalcoatl livery

In early September, Aeromexico presented the aircraft Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner in the livery Quetzalcoatl.

Registered aircraft XA-ADL comes with Aztec motifs, evoking Mexico's past. It took 11 days to apply this special livery Quetzalcoatl, the feathered snake of Aztec mythology.

The first Dreamliner 787-9 Aeromexico comes configured in 2 classes: 36 places in Business Class and 238 places in Economy Class. It will be delivered next month, and the first flights will be operated on the route Mexico-Benito Juarez - Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suarez.




SkyTeam member Aeromexico also has 9 Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner (7 chartered) in the fleet. At the same time, the Mexican operator's fleet also includes 4 777-200ER aircraft for long-haul flights.

Aeromexico flies to 45 from destinations in Mexico, 4 from Europe (Madrid, London, Paris and Amsterdam), 16 from the United States, 3 from Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal) and two to Asia (Tokyo and Shanghai).
