Customers have announced orders and commitments for 396 of aircraft, evaluated at approx 37 billion. These are the figures presented by Boeing following the Farnborough International Airshow 2012. Thus, in 2012 Boeing registered orders for 694 of aircraft.
Boeing received orders for 396 aircraft
An impressive number of aircraft were requested by UNITED Airlines - 150 Boeing 737 aircraft (100 Boeing 737-9 MAX and 50 Boeing 737-900ER Next Generation units). A great order comes from GECAS - 100 Boeing 737 aircraft. neither Air Lease Corporation is no exception - 75 Boeing 737 MAX units. Avolon ordered 25 from Boeing 737 aircraft (10 Boeing 737-8 MAX, 5 Boeing 737-9 MAX and 10 Boeing 737-800 Next). ALAFCO commissioned 20 from Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
Boeing opened the FIA 2012 with the first flight DON'T Dreamliner Qatarand Korean Air unveiled the interior of the new Boeing 737-900ER. Also at Farnborough International Airshow 2012, Boeing unveiled an aircraft Boeing 737-800 American Airlines ecoDemonstrator, which comes equipped with the latest eco technologies.
