Bucharest - Glasgow, Bucharest - Hamburg Lubeck and Cluj-Napoca - Munich Memmingen with Wizz Air, from 2016
Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, announces the launch of the 2016 summer program. Also, the company introduces three new routes from Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest, starting with March, respectively, May 2016.
The new route from Cluj-Napoca to Munich Memmingen will be available from 28 March to 2016, with two flights a week, every Monday and Friday. From Bucharest, the new flight to Hamburg Lubeck will be launched from 20 in May, with two weekly flights, every Monday and Friday, while the route to Glasgow will be inaugurated on 21 more and flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Wizz Air also announces the increase in frequency for some of the existing routes, such as Bucharest and Timisoara to London Luton or Cluj-Napoca to Nuremberg, but others. The Wizz Air network in Romania will also benefit from a new Airbus A321 aircraft that will increase the transport capacity due to the large number of seats - 230. In the summer, during the peak of the 2016 season, the Bucharest base will have four A320 and four A321 aircraft that will be distributed on the most popular routes, such as London Luton, Brussels Charleroi, Rome Ciampino and Madrid.
With this extension of routes, the Wizz Air Romania flight network altogether counts 95 routes, to 15 different countries, from 8 airports. Tickets for the new races are already available with prices starting from 129 lei and can be booked on the website wizzair.com
