Bulgaria introduces new restrictive measures. Tourist trips are prohibited.

Bulgaria has been and is one of the few countries that has kept its borders open for tourism, especially for those who have traveled and are traveling from Romania. At the same time, they facilitated the transit.

However, it began to face more and more new cases of COVID-19, and the authorities decided to take new restrictive measures to slow the spread of the new coronavirus.

Among the new measures adopted is one on tourism. From October 29, group trips to tourist attractions in Bulgaria are suspended. As well as Caesar sound the alarm, so we looked for some clarification on this measure.

Ok, group trips are forbidden, but can individual trips be organized? Will the tourist attractions be open for ad hoc visits?

In addition to suspending excursions, Bulgaria limits the organization of events, conferences, seminars and exhibitions to 30 participants. They must keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other and wear a mask on their nose and mouth.

Theaters and cinemas remain open, but should not occupy more than 30% of their capacity inside. Likewise, the distance of 1.5 meters must be kept and the mask is mandatory.

Also from October 29, clubs, nightclubs, discos and restaurants with live music will be closed.
