From March 25, with the start of flight operations at "Henri Coandă" International Airport, Blue Air passengers can benefit from a special treatment within the two new services - Business Lounge and Protocol Service.

The first service is valid only for departures from Bucharest - "Henri Coanda" International Airport, and the second is valid for both departures and arrivals. Both can be purchased as part of the airline ticket purchase process or later, directly from the Blue Air website, through the Call Center or from partner agencies.

Business Lounge service it brings added comfort to those waiting to be boarded for the company's flights. Passengers who have purchased the “Business Lounge” service will receive from the Blue Air ticket office a personalized invitation, based on which they will have access to one of the two lounges, after having previously completed the check-in formalities, Security Control and Border.

The fee for the Business Lounge service is 20 EUR per person.

Passengers opting for Protocol Service - Departures they will be presented at the Blue Air ticket office at the Airport where they will be picked up by the staff Protocol Service - AIHCB, after completing the check-in formalities. Passengers will be driven with priority to complete the security and border control formalities and will be invited to the Protocol Hall.

Passengers opting for Protocol Service - Arrivals they will be welcomed on the plane and taken to the Protocol Show if they wish. Subsequently, the passengers will be driven to the border crossing point and will be directed to the customs room. The personnel of the Protocol Service will not be involved in the baggage recovery and customs control.

The Protocol Service fee is 70 euros per person per flight segment.
