Cluj - Rome Fiumicino with Vueling, from June 20, 2014

Starting with 20 June 2014, passengers will be able to travel from Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport towards Roma Fiumicino with the direct flight provided by Vueling, according to airportcluj.ro.

The new destination will be operated by A320, 180 aircraft, with a frequency of two flights per week, on Mondays and Saturdays. The tickets have already been put on sale through Vueling's reservation system. Also, through this destination, Vueling provides connection possibilities with other destinations in the company's route network, such as Catania, Palermo, Bari, Paris-Orly, Brussels, Ibiza, Malaga, Athens, Valencia etc.

The airline is part of the International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG), which also owns Iberia and British Airways. Vueling operates low cost flights, but also offers services to a typical airline.

At the beginning of March, Vueling announced the flight operations on Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport to Barcelona, starting with 27 June, with a frequency of 2 flights per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Vueling also provides for this route the possibility of connection to destinations such as: Tenerife North, Tenerife South, Madrid-Barajas, Malaga, Alicante, Lisbon-Portela, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Granada, Sevilla.
