During the summer, Lufthansa plans to add 20 new holiday destinations to its Frankfurt flight schedule and 13 new holiday destinations in Munich.

Classic destinations will continue to be on the flight schedule while the focus in Europe will be on flights to the Canary Islands and Greece.

From Frankfurt there will be flights to Cyprus (Paphos), Croatia (Rijeka), Italy (Lamezia Terme), Tunisia (Djerba), Ponta Delgada (Azores / Portugal) and Bulgaria (Varna).

From Munich there will be new flights to Jerez (Spain) and to Greek destinations such as Chania, Mykonos, Kos, Kavalla, Zakynthos and Preveza. Another new summer destination is Hurghada, Egypt.

Eurowings Discover, the new airline of the Lufthansa group, will offer numerous long-haul flights from Frankfurt. For the first time, there will be three weekly flights from Frankfurt to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, two weekly flights to Mombasa (Kenya) and flights to the island of Zanzibar (Tanzania).

The flights to Mauritius and the Maldives will be operated throughout the year.

Starting in June, there will be another premiere in the Lufthansa Group's operational network: a direct flight will take off three times a week to Anchorage (Alaska / USA).

The flights to Mauritius will not only be operated in winter, the flight will also be in the summer flight schedule, being operated twice a week, starting in 2021. The same is true for the Maldives, a flight that will be operated three times a day. week, all year round.

For the first time, there will be three weekly flights from Frankfurt to Montego Bay in Jamaica from 1 November and three weekly flights from Rhein-Main Airport to Varadero (Cuba), starting on 2 November.

Summer flights 2021 purchased until May 31, 2021 they can be rescheduled whenever desired and free until that date. After that, another free reservation is possible.
