Conditions of entry and transit through Latvia: 14-day isolation from entry into Latvia
The Latvian Government has decided to lift the state of emergency, which was in force from 17 March to 9 June 2020. Measures to control the epidemic are maintained, as follows:
The Government of Riga has decided to allow citizens and permanent residents of the States which, for the last two weeks, have had an incidence of COVID cases for the last two weeks to enter Latvia without obligation to self-isolate for 3 days. -2020 under 14 per 19 inhabitants.

Also, all travelers, including citizens and permanent residents of Latvia, who have returned from countries where the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days exceeds 16 per 100.000 inhabitants, must complete 10 days of self-isolation.
Certain groups of people (eg health and welfare workers, teachers) who are going to work in Latvia have to isolate themselves for 14 days. All persons entering the territory of Latvia from countries where the COVID-19 infection rate is higher than 16 cases per 100.000 inhabitants are required to complete the form.
There are no direct flights Latvia - Romania. There are no restrictions for those who want to travel from Latvia to Romania.
