Persons traveling on routes other than air or sea and staying in Belgium for a maximum of 48 hours (including transit purposes) and persons whose journey outside the Kingdom of Belgium does not exceed 48 hours are exempted from completing the form. .

Depending on the answers to the self-assessment questionnaire attached to the form Passenger Locator Shape, on arrival in Belgium, passengers can receive an SMS message informing them of the obligation of quarantine (for a period of 7 days) and testing after observing the 7 days of quarantine. If the test is positive, those people will self-isolate for 7 days.
