Coronavirus: Blue Air has canceled all flights to Italy. Options available!

Blue Air cancel flights on routes from and to Italy. The decision applies from March 09, 2020, 12:00 p.m. to March 23, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. Blue Air aligns itself with the decision of the Romanian authorities to suspend flights in the context of the spread of COVID-19.

All passengers affected by this measure, who have entered their complete and correct contact data in the reservation system, will be informed by the Blue Air Customer Support department, via SMS and e-mail, of the available options:

Blue Air has canceled all flights to Italy

the possibility of changing the travel date and/or the route free of charge, for any of our flights (for destinations in Italy, the new chosen travel date can only be after March 23, 2020, 12:00 p.m.);

the value of the ticket in the form of credit (voucher), which can be used as a discount from the cost of future tickets/services purchased from our company;

• reimbursement of the canceled flight segment or the full amount paid for these tickets.

For each booking, it is very important that you provide complete and correct contact details so that you can be contacted if there are changes to the flight schedule.

If you have at least 24 hours until your planned flight date, you can update your contact details in your Blue Air account.
