Pursuant to the Operational Directive of the Civil Aviation Authority No. 03 - 15/03/2020 on the establishment of air traffic restrictions in the context of the pandemic with the new Coronavirus, as well as under the Decision of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission no. 9 din 15.03.2020 (see here directive), the airline FLYONE informs that all flights will be suspended during the period March 17, 2020 - March 31, 2020.
FlyOne suspends all commercial flights
For this reason, FLYONE offers alternatives for the affected bookings during the period March 17-31:
- the possibility to change the ticket for an alternative flight to the same destination free of charge until 31 December 2020, within the available seats;
- the possibility of free modification of the ticket for another destination until 31 December 2020, within the available seats;
- offering a voucher in a value equal to the price of the initial ticket, plus 20% of the initial value;
- reimbursement according to the tariff rules.
These measures are implemented to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, as the safety and well-being of passengers and crew is a priority for FlyOne.
Passengers, who have purchased the travel ticket from a travel agency, are asked to contact the agency directly (to choose one of the proposed alternatives).
All passengers affected by the cancellation of flights during this period were informed by email.
