Wizz Air is changing its flight schedule due to declining demand on Italian routes as a result of the COVID-19 virus outbreak. There will be a significant number of cancellations on certain routes to the north of the country between March 11 and April 2, 2020. During this time, approximately 60% of the flight capacity to Italy was reduced. The flight schedule returns to normal after April 2, 2020.

Passengers with reservations affected by this change are automatically informed at least 14 days before the date of travel and are offered alternative flight options on other routes, as close as possible.
Customers who have booked directly through wizzair.com or the mobile application will receive an email notification, offering free modification of the reservation, full refund of the money paid or 120% of the amount paid in the form of company credit.
