Croatia is preparing for the 2022 summer tourist season. Restrictions on entry into Croatia have been completely lifted, which means that all tourists can enter the country without a health certificate.

According to the news published by Total Croatia News, the removal of the entry rules, which indicate that travel returns to the pre-pandemic state, came into force on May 1, 2022.

"This means that anyone who wants to travel to Croatia can do so without being asked about COVID-19, regardless of country of origin!", reports the press.

The good news may be the result of high vaccination rates, as data from the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) show that 55,4% of the Croatian population is vaccinated against COVID-19.
