The article is unclear. The first paragraph specifies that flights will resume on July 1, and below it says "as travel restrictions are lifted from Cluj airport, flights will be operated to…".
After all, are flights operated to Turkey, Tunisia or Egypt?

The article is very clear. Read it carefully and you will understand all the details. July 1st is just a start date, but that doesn't mean that from that date ALL charter flights are resumed.

"As of today, July 1, 2020, from Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport, tourist charter flights are resumed to 9 holiday destinations in 5 countries: Greece, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey and Romania." I understand that I can fly to any of the countries listed. Or maybe not… Yeah, more clearly than that you can't. As in Caragiale: "it exists, but it is completely missing".

when you have a promotion with rates from x price, it does not mean that all the products in the promotion have x price. So here too… From July 1 the charter flights started, but the first destinations were to Greece. And it follows the broad function of government decisions.

    Good morning, Mr. Sorin Rusi,

Can you tell me, please, since when are flights to Egypt resumed?

    Regards,

At the moment, they are not resuming because they were suspended again after July 17.
