Delta Air Lines purchased 20 CRJ900 aircraft with new ATMOSPHÈRE cabin
Delta Air Lines has signed a contract to buy 20 from CRJ900 aircraft, becoming the first operator of the new ATMOSPHÈRE cabin for the CRJ series of aircraft.
Delta will receive the first Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft with ATMOSPHÈRE cabin towards the end of 2018.
Considering the prices of the CRJ900 aircraft, the order is worth about 961 million dollars.

The new CRJ900 aircraft with ATMOSPHÈRE cabin will be used under the Delta Connection brand, in a two-class 70 seating configuration.
The ATMOSPHÈRE booth sets new standards for passenger experience in the market segment dedicated to regional aircraft. The main features are: more space for passengers and luggage, more spacious toilets, increased connectivity variants, all integrated in a contemporary design.
The ATMOSPHÈRE cabin allows each passenger to carry and store an oversized troller in luggage areas, which reduces the number of hold luggage.
